Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Velvet Wellness, we take your hygiene, safety, and satisfaction very seriously. Because of the highly intimate nature of our products, we adhere to extremely strict health and safety standards.

2. All Sales Are Final

To protect the health and safety of all our clients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. Once a product leaves our facility, the sale is considered final.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a true manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@velvetwellnesske.com.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defective item or damaged packaging.
  • Defective items will be eligible for a replacement/exchange, not a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

5. Exceptions

We value our community. At our sole discretion, rare exceptions to this policy may be made for our seasoned, returning customers on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation requires special consideration, please reach out directly to our customer support team.
